Jordan Hicks is the owner and operator of Apex Pack Media, a small drone services business based in Malone, New York. After serving in the Marine Corps, Jordan returned home to the North Country and worked in marketing, national sales training, and the construction trades—experiences that taught him the value of clear communication, dependable service, and practical problem‑solving.

A lifelong outdoorsman, Jordan built Apex Pack Media to support local homeowners, realtors, contractors, and small businesses with reliable aerial inspections and high‑quality photo and video work. He provides roof inspections, property overviews, construction progress documentation, and mapping services that help clients make informed decisions without climbing ladders or sending crews into unsafe areas.
